Kale is in season! For those who LOVE potato chips, or salty, crunchy snacks, try this healthful alternative.
350 DEGREE OVEN 
PLUS
(KALE! MINUS Stems, Cut into chip-sized pieces)
PLUS
(Extra Virgin Olive Oil - just enough to LIGHTLY coat the pieces (1/2 tbsp-tbsp-ish))
PLUS
(LIGHT sprinkling of Kosher salt)
